The Art of Looking at Yourself
A pattern can be a beautiful thing, or it can weave a weblike comfort zone that is ingrained in our unconscious that keeps us stuck reenacting the same behavioural patterns from our childhood. In this article we explore inner child wounds and the behavioural patterns we have adopted from childhood that can hold you back in adulthood, where they might have come from and how to heal them.
